You can buy replacement screws from any lumberyard but they won't be black like the originals. But you can easily paint them. If I recall they're Phillips head 8-32" X 1"

 

all C3 tail lights aren t the same.. early years used 12 short screws but later years used only 8 long screws.. the long are about 3 inches

I didn't realize the different years used different screws. The Corvette Central catalog shows:

1968 and 1969 #343205 (12 pieces)
1970 thru 1973 #343208 (12 pieces)
1975 thru 1979 #343215 (8 pieces)
1980 thru 1982 #343002 (8 pieces)

For some reason there's no listing for the 1974 screws but I assume it's just an oversight as it's showing the same lenses being used for 1975's thru 1979's
