Recently, I began to take more care of my health. I switched to proper nutrition and try to add more healthy foods to my diet. I ate avocados right now, I try to eat more avocados, I found an article and found out that avacados have a very good effect on brain function. So my food now consists of nuts, fresh vegetables and fish.
