ZZ4 engine with efi edelbrock pump up behind the tank in the car is too exposed to heat

is it possible to install a submerged pump are there any kits?

If you're running a "constant run" pump you MUST have a return line coming back to the tank. To prevent vapor lock even the stock mechanical pumps used a return line.
