If you are referring to the fuel pressure regulator, that line comes off the intake plenum. On the plenum, that is the outlet closest to the dashboard, passengers side, it will branch off into two lines; one to the fuel pressure regulator and the other to the vacuum canister behind the drivers side headlight.
This, of course, is assuming your 85 is the same as my 86. I'm pretty sure they are.
The red arrow is pointing to the vacuum line which comes off the intake plenum and "forks" to 2 different places. One is the vacuum canister behind the drivers side headlight (not pictured) and the other is your fuel pressure regulator (blue arrow).
Why do you need to know this are you having a problem with your car? If so what are the symptoms?
