On my 92 auto trans LT1, coupe, my traction control button has no effect. The center dash panel isn't showing that it is turned off when it is manualy turned off.
Is this a fused area or did the dealer screw up? They replaced the power brake vac canister, and had to R&R the anti lock brake system controler in the process. ( the sliver box above the steering shaft)
With that not operating properly there is no fun in trying to slide through a turn. The damn motor cuts off power and the wheels lock up.

Light is on when traction control is off. Light is off (no light ) when on

Yep, that's what I said.
Is it a fused area? Where in the world is the fuse box?

Fuse box is on the pass side of the dash, have to open the pass door to see it...
