Hello all,

I have an '87 with the original steering wheel. It's nice, but showing its age. Leather is cracking/dry and there are scrapes on it. I was looking and see I can recondition the wheel or re-cover it. Or buy a new one. The price on these things is a lot, by my standards. Even an after market wheel is a couple hundred.

Does anyone know of a good quality steering wheel that looks nice but is $100 or less? I realize a steering wheel is kind of important to making a car go, but I'm having a hard time with the prices they bring.

Also, it doesn't need to be leather. Metal and plastic/vinyl is fine.

Thanks!
Mike

I'd try to find out who makes it for them and skip the mark-up
or just go with it from them
I recovered my 86's and it's looks fine but it's a tad too thick
