One of my right front caliper seals started leaking so I took it off to replace them. It took me 4 HOURS to get the pistons back in because it seemed the bores were too small for the seals. It had stainless steel sleeves and I wondered if the sleeves made the bores too small. Before I installed the pistons I measured the bore sizes and found they were .030" smaller than they should have been and that's why I had such an awful time.

A few days later my left front caliper started leaking so I took it off and had the new seals/pistons back in their bores in about 5 minutes because it was never sleeved. Have any of you ran into undersized sleeves?
