hey guys i am new to this site and i am trying to put a picture on my profile but its giving me a hard time with the format.. i tried everything even i tried the 100-100 pixel nothing works.. help please.. thanks

^^^ Sometime certain file types are not supported, like .png or .bmp- not sure what you're attempting. Are yours .jpg files?

the picture took from i phone

actually the profile picture i am trying to upload is a jepg picture .. i took the picture through the i phone.. i tried to change file type to bmp, png , etc still no result
