Is the design so shitty??? I've changed out almost as many water pumps as I have opti sparks. Now I believe the damn thing is leaking again...it hasn't even been 3k miles since the last one....

I have two Q's for you. 1. Did you use a factory pump? 2. Are you using Dex-cool antifreeze?
Water pump

Where U getting UR Pumps ? & putting The Opti Spark under the water pump wasn't too bright..
I would double check and make sure you dont have a leaking gasket and not a bad pump . Try to see if it is coming out the weep hole

The last water pump I bought from Corvette Central or Ecklers, forgot which, If I remember correctly it's a Gates water pump. So....???

:X for this last time I changed the pump, I have been running Dex-cool(First time), there a story behind that lol....let me hear it!

Not at all.

I believe it was the weep hole, I will look it over again.
Remember that at least 4 of the mounting bolts go all the way into the water jacket. If you don't use thread sealer on them they will leak. Just a little dab of RTV is all you need to put on them.

Thanks Andy, yep I make sure those get a little bit of silicone.

Dexcool has a tendency to leak past gaskets and seals.
