"Guys, I just can't get my Motive pressure bleeder lid to seal. The supplied chains and wing nuts won't work and a large c-clamp won't work so how in the heck do you guys get your Motive pressure bleeder lids to seal"?

How about gravity bleeding as it works perfectly every time if you wait long enough? An empty line and caliper could take around 10 minutes to fill and then once all the air is purged your bleeder will drip around three drips per second. Or if you're in a big hurry you can attach a Mighty Vac to the bleeder and suck the brake fluid through the line and caliper within a few seconds. When my brake system was completely dry (including my master cylinder) my Mighty Vac had brake fluid sucked through my rear lines and calipers within about 30 pumps.
