Issues with "Check coolant level" displayed on the DIC?

Ever since I had a Techco twin screw blower installed, I keep occasianally getting the "check coolant level" displayed on my DIC. The level has been consistent, which is slightly above the full mark on the reservoir. Could they have not bled the system properly, and some air pockets are trapped in my cooling system? I also have the DeWitts A05A radiator with the Lingenfelter 160-degree thermostat. Either that, or how about a faulty Collant Reservoir level sensor or the resevour cap?

Guys and gals, I PLEASE need help from all TECH guys and possible shops around the country. The car is at the dealership. They pressure tested the system, and found a TINY leak from one of the hoses leading up to the radiator, but it was so small, that it was not enough to drop any amount from the radiator reservoir. The dealership bled the system, and refilled. The damn message is still displayed in the DIC. They ordered a new control module for the ac/heating system, since they mentioned that the PCM communicates with the BCM, and back and forth to measure temperatures. If this does not solve it, they said that it may be the 160-degree thermostat, but I had one on my 07, and thousands of people have the lower temperature thermostat on their Corvettes, with no issues. Does anyone know what may be happening? There is no cooland reservoir sensor at all anywhere in the system, as I originally had thought that this may have gone bad.

Well you have a supercharger system that nobody else has, no instructions are available for online, no details of the installation are public, etc...
Honestly, even IF you got some helpful replies, it'd be anybodys guess what the problem was... It SOUNDS like air trapped in the system, but you said you bled it... You said there is no reservoir? Well then where is the reservoir switch that is throwing the code? Maybe you can short that out and trick the ECU into thinking it is always full?
