About ten years ago I bought a set of taper seat "spark plug indexers" just for the heck of it. To see if I could tell ANY difference in how well my engine ran. But when I began marking and indexing my spark plugs I discovered by mixing and matching them I managed to index all of them without using any of the indexers. So my $25 set of spark plug indexers ended up sitting in one of my tool chest's top drawers gathering dust.
