I have a stock 1966 roadster that i just picked up on ebay. The old girl has been in storage since 1979 and has gr78x15 tires. Can i install 215x60r15 radials without any mods or tire rubbing, clearance problems etc? Thanks in advance for any help. Steve

215/60's are almost 2" smaller in overall diameter than the stock 7.75-15 bias tires or equivalent-size 205/75-15 radials; they'll look funny on 5-1/2" rims, won't fill the wheel openings, and you'll have a significant speedo error. 205/75's or 215/70's would be a better choice.
