Hi,
New to this site, but have owned 3 Vettes over the years. My latest is a 96 C-4.
I have an ambitious projects list and need suggestions.
Besides installing a new stereo (removing an AC Delco), I would also like to install an aftermarket alarm system as well as a camera system.
My question is, since available space is lacking on my C-4, besides the center console and rear deck tray, does anyone have any knowledge of spaces in or around the car where I might place these electronics?
Any advice or ideas would be welcomed.

If you get a head unit that has a backup up camera that will help with space. You can buy a rear license plate bracket with bulit in camera. Or replace your rear veiw mirror with a screen in the mirror for rear camera.

Thanks Lethal,
Yup considered all that. What I am really looking for is a space or an area where I can mount the alarms "black Box" as well as the camera systems "black box which will plug into the rear of the camera ready stereo.
Any idea how much space is available behind the radio?
Any other hidden spaces in the car? Any spaces that might work that excludes the console/glove box or the rear deck tray area?
Thanks
