I just purchased a 2001 z06 and my gauges sumtimes all just go to zero. And my windows won't even go up or down. Has any1 else had dis problem?

when this happens, do you get T/C and ABS lights ?or DIC display about reduced power?

Yea, they all turn on and go off when it happends.

OK, what I m going to tell you ,you may think is crazy.. but its not..many of us have had that malfunction ....on the early C5s, there is a wire chafing problem in the harness that goes to the right door control module ...open the door, there is a black acordian looking wire conduit conecting door to hinge pillar.. disconect one end and shove the harness wiring in,out, twist, etc....hard! this usually solves the problem, if not , your gonna need to gfet in that harness and find the chafe...good luck, this has fixed at least a dozen cars I know of

remember,its in the harness inside the hinge pillar.. not in the door

I tried it, but didnt work im gona have 2 go into it more. Yesterday my gauges did it again all at 0, my Windows wouldn't go up or down and my AC wouldn't work. As Soon as da gauges function, everything works perfect.
