Whats the best way to get to the speedo, tach and turn bulbs in the dash? I can see them from under the dash but can't quite get my fingers on them to pull them out.

Whats the best way to get to the speedo, tach and turn bulbs in the dash? I can see them from under the dash but can't quite get my fingers on them to pull them out.

Always give us a year so we know what you're working on. If you have a C3 made in the first 10 years or so it's easier to drop the steering column then pull the dash out. But by removing the heater/AC ducting you can barely get your hand up high enough to change the bulbs. And any time you pull the dash lube the speedometer and tachometer cables while you're at it because they only come out the dash end of the housings.
