How can fuel injectors be tested to make sure they are still flowing 100%? With normal driving what is the life span of a fuel injector? C6 has 24lb injectors from factory right?

The C6 LS2 has 32lb/hr injectors.
C6 LS3 and LS7: 42lb/hr
C6 LS9 59lb/hr

The only way to make sure they all flow correctly is to remove them and put them on a fuel injector flowbench...

There isn't that much size difference from the LS2 and LS3 motors, why such a big difference in fuel injector size? Is the LS2 injectors on the small size for that motor?

Parts standartization; you will notice the LS3 shares injectors with the LS7. And the stock injectors are fine for the power level the engine was designed for ;)

The most efficient and reliable way to check the performance of fuel injectors is to have them flowtested on a bench. Fuel injectors are designed to last the lifetime of a vehicle....over 100,000 miles. We flowtest injectors utilizing the latest technology. We provide before and after flowsheets, and provide 24hr. turnaround. We will be more than happy to check them out for you.
