My OnStar has a red light on my rearview mirror on a 2009 C6 corvette. I think it may have started after my battery went dead and we jumped the car, not sure, everything else works. The dealer said to pull out the plug behind the rear view mirror and push back. I did the one with the single black wire, now onstar keeps saying it can not connect every time I enter the car or use accessary. The dealer want $130 just to look at it and another $500 - $700 to fix if needed. What can I do to disable it and where is it located? I keep getting different info on this site. It is NOT a Z06. I read just to unplug two wires but don't know exactly where it is. Near passenger seat fuse boxes??? Any suggestions, has anyone already done this???
