So my dash pad was cracked ,warped, and faded. So Installed one of those ABS plastic dash caps. It was cheaper than the pad, much easier to install and it came black which matched my interior. I really do like it and it fit pretty well.

I've used them in the past.
they still use double side tape ?

buy a spare, when or if it warps tear it off and put the spare on
