I have a 2008 z06 that I bought new. The clutch still works fine but while checking fluids I noticed the fluid in cylinder is almost empty. I can't find any fluid on floor or wet spots on underside of car. The car has approx. 23,000 miles & I've never had clutch issues before.
Help!

loss of fluid over time is normal.. some manages to get past the seals and as you get wear , just as with brakes, the level goes down .. if its empty, fill it and watch for leaks and how long it takes to drop again.. also, that fluid gets dirty fast, and needs replacing periodically

I have a 2003 and I need to change the clutch fluid. I found this GM part number online-12345347, the dealership doesn't carry it. Is it safe to use a non Delco fluid? DOT 3 or 4? Lastly I've told by one person to pump the breaks 30-40 times after putting the new fluid in and another person said don't pump but drive a short distance and recheck. Which is correct?
