I was able to twist the bulb socket counterclockwise to partially unlock it but I cannot twist it further to remove it for bulb replacement. I have turned the wheels in and out for easiest access but I cannot get a good grip on the socket. Any suggestions? Can you direct me to any instructions ------ or call me at 330-837-3878? ****

On my c5 I couldn't either and I turned in the other direction and used my other arm
