WOW! I know how you feel man. I saw on another site where they're talking about creating a thread which list bad places to shop or go to get work done.

Looks like you have lots of good documentation. Hopefully you can convince that shop to cover the costs of having A&A do it correctly.

You could try small claims court? Would take up a good bit of your time, but might be worth the fight. Perhaps the guys at A&A could write something up for you.

For me, If I think I've been done wrong, I take action and let the "powers that be" judge the case. If they don't indeed even have a license, then I suspect others may join in. I'm sure that if they screwed up your car, that yours wasn't the only one. Good luck!
