Yesterday I left my doctor's office and when I turned onto the highway I heard a huge BANG that came from my rear end. Now what? I suspect the friction modifiers in my rear end lube have likely worn out so I'll add some more this morning.

I have four bottles of MOPAR friction modifier in my stock so I'll try that. Friction modifiers lose their ability to modify friction over time when exposed to heat so I'll add these two bottles and see if they work.

I live in the mountains and have to climb a ten mile long 6% grade and that long grade really heats my rear end lube.
