I have a 2006 Daytona Sunset Orange 2006 C6. I have done a few mods to date... more coming.
My issue is the Ashtray door won't stay closed. I bump the console and it pops open. Any ideas? It drives me crazy!

If I remember correctly (it's been a few years) there is too much play between the latch and the striker. You can remove the door and glue a piece of plastic to the striker to give it more surface area. This will allow the latch to grab onto it better. You'll understand once you pull out the ashtray door.
