This has happened 2x with my 07 C6.
On stopping I have been unable to get the car in park. I could only get the car in neutral and drive. the only way I could get out of this was to use more muscle moving the shift lever back & forth than was comfortable. Any ideas?:z1-2:

Pretty sure that there's a relay at the fuse box that operates a solenoid to allow the shifter to go in and out of Park ONLY with the brake applied. Could be the relay or something loose at the solenoid/shifter.

If you park on an incline (hill) it generally takes more force to move the shifter out of Park. If I park on a hill I engage the parking brake BEFORE I put the car in park.
