76 squeeky rear

my 76 squeeks from the rear swaybar bushings and springs. they were replaced a few years ago with poly bushings but its still noisy!!
Anyone have a good fix or lube to try?

Maybe the installer didn't lube the busings when they were put in. Poly's must be lubed or are known to squeak. Hopefully just R&R the bushings and lube will fix the problem. You shoul contact Energy Suspension for the type of lube to use unless someone else here knows....
they must be lubed at install, or they will squeak..this should explain about Poly-Lubes http://www.polybushings.com/pages/bushinglube.html...don t use graphite
heh sorry cant help with your problem ,but i have a vette same as yours and i noticed u have a cam and carb just wondering how much that helped u and is that all u have done to it.

You can use any thick liquid dishwashing soap to lube rubber or poly bushings. It works just as good as oil but won't harm rubber at all.
thanks for the replys,Ill be jacking it up and lubing it over the winter...
I used to have a 84 trans am ws-6 that squeeked a lot. About once a month I would have it up on a lift and just spray all it's bushings with wd-40 and that always quieted it down.
