Purchased and installed these non-functional Z06 style rear cove vent covers, however I was not pleased with how they looked. The screen mesh used by the manufacturer was dull and nearly invisible from a distance. I removed them and redesigned them using polished stainless steel diamond grill mesh with chrome edging around the grills to highlight them. The diamond mesh was installed with the proper alignment insuring that the diamonds would be vertical if installed properly. I also added a black backing behind the mesh so that they appear to be functional.
I am attaching a photo of what I purchased and how they look after I redesigned them so you can judge for yourself.
*Buyer will have to reapply the red 3M molding tape which was rendered useless when I removed them.
