My key all of the sudden will not complete into the off position. the car will shut off, but it needs just a tic more to remove the key. I have replaced the key and tumbler, but while I had that apart, I noticed the "actuator rod on the other side of the column may not be moving down all the way.
Can anyone tell me why that may be stopping too soon, not allowing the key to move all the way into off.
