1967 Seat Belts

I'm trying to put together a late 67 convertible that I didn't take apart. I can't figure out the seat belts. I found a pair of retractors with a 6" metal strap. I also have a pair of belts for the outside with out retractors. I see nuts that were installed on the floor pan on the out side, but none inside. Odd thing is the original carpet whic was already out of the car doesn't appear to have holes where the nuts are. Can anyone send a picture of the correct installation? Thanks!
