Bought this as my first car after my wife and I were married. We both decided to splurge a little since we didn't have any kids. Ended up having 3 kids who obviously didn't fit in this car. So we bought another ride to handle that. This car ended up as my work car. After many miles, I decided in 1998 to begin the rebuild. I finished the interior and suspension but felt the engine needed some beefing up. I had to do a tear down of the engine, trans and rear end to accommodate the increase in horsepower (from stock 168 to over 400hp per dyno). The left the car down for another 2 years before I could drive it again. But what a gas to drive now...
