looking for a locksmith - Car locks will not fully lock or unlock

i have my car Chevrolet C5 Corvette 2006 and i'm using it from a long time but suddenly it starts to create problem. locks will not fully lock or unlock using remote or key pad. This issue started when temperature dropped at start of winter I thought as temperature increased locks would start to work but now this issue getting worst day by day. so i need a locksmith if anyone knows plzz suggest me.Thanks in advance

Do the locks work under the same conditions when using the inside Unlock/Lock buttons?
