Will 2000 c5 wheels go on my 1980 c3??

I want to put c5 wheels on my c3....what adaptors do i need?

the lug pattern is correct
dunno about the backspacing

some very ,very thick ones! in the neighborhood of 2.5 inches .. there is a huge difference in backspacing.. there are some C5 looking wheels made to fit C3 s in 17 or 18 inch

I agree it's about a 2.5 inch wheel spacer front and back.

They will safely bolt on and not terribly expensive. They maybe worth it if you can get a good deal on the wheels/tires

You can buy C-5 wheels with different back spacing.

why bother ?
there's noting special about any except the magnesium wheels.....

I have 17" x 9.5" C6 Z06 style wheels with 2.5" wheel adapters all around.

I know they claim to be safe even for performance applications,with the newer style offset wheels, but I would be very nervous the first time I dropped the hammer on my stroker from a dead stop.
