Default My latest DSVettes leather mods

New dash with double red stitching and red embroidered corvette letters; and a double gauge A pillar with red stitching:

Nice. They make some quality stuff.

Just curious, where are the 5th and 6th points of your rollbars, or is it a 4 pt? If 4 point, is there a racing body that accepts that or was it for your own piece of mind? I didn't see the shoulder and floor straps but thought maybe you have them tucked away for street use.

It's a 4 point that bolts to the floor and to the existing bolts on the rear bulk head for the fuel cell. At the time, it was approved for NASA, ERME, PBOC, and another (maybe NHRA).

Here's a pic with the seats out.

With G-Force racing harnesses with cam locks.

Cool. Thanks for posting the photos.
NHRA and IHRA were 5 pt when I was into the scene and heading towards 6 pt. I kept the driver's door bar out for street use and only put it in at the track.

I actually wrecked that car on the street and rollbars actually save me from serious injury as it was a side impact collision and it absorbed enough force to bend it, breaking the driver's door in the process. Absent the bar, the door would have crushed in on me.
