control arm bushings

How to install control arm bushings? taking out the old ones was very difficult but now ready to install new ones. Any advice?

Assuming all the obvious details, they need to be pressed in. I took my (refinished) A-arms to a guy that had all the right equiptment. When you work on suspension components, don't cut corners, do it right. And good luck.
