Unhappy 1999 ebcm troubles

Because these are no longer available, and nobody seems to be able to fix them. What would it involve for a 1999 corvette to be able to accept a 2000 or newer ebcm. Any help greatly appreciated

Maybe if you posted this in the C5 section rather than in the section for help regarding the site itself you might have a better chance of someone seeing the post.
