Default Horn button problem

Had to pull steering wheel on my 75 Vette. It has tilt and telescope. Got it all repaired and back together, but I can't figure out the sequence the horn button goes together. Also, where is the horn relay? Thanks, any help would be a big help.

Most catalogs have an exploded view of the steering column that shows the assembly order of the parts. And the horn relay is mounted on the left fender just ahead of the power brake unit.
