Well, my girl is now 28 years old and starting to shop her age a bit. We all know that Corvette paint has a tendency to spider web. For me I enough taking my girl to the car shows. She is a matching number little girl and I want to repaint her same colors. However, I am trying to find out if there is a durable paint manufacture out there that hold up better than factory paint. She normally lives in a heated garage and is always covered when not in use. Anyone else research this subject before me and willing to give a little feedback...

todays urethane colorcoat/clearcoat systems are extremely durable.. they will last for a very ,very, long time, especially when not exposed to daily sunlight..I used Dupont Nasson Chroma-base , but there are many good ones... the waterborne paints are not as durable and harder to repair if ever necessary
