This Might be STUPID ?
Wat is the Proper Word for this ? Is it a Wheel or a Rim ? The rim is the outter part of the Wheel ? So if U don't Have a Wheel ? U don't Have a Rim ?
Now They Do Make a Wheel less Rim !!

So Please tell me !! Is it a Wheel or a Rim ???

I think its a generational thing, Lost... back in the dinosaur days when I was young, we called them all Wheels..

Is what a wheel or rim? Your basic question is stupid without a picture of what you want defined and that is why you are confused.....You have not a clue as to what you are talking about
