I just wanted to get your opinion on where to get a carbon fiber hood with a 3-inch cowl induction on it. Also what is the best short-throw shifters and dont say Hurst cause they rattle a lot.

I'm not sure about hoods but I have heard great reviews on the MGW shifter. I am actually ordering one for myself tomorrow. They run you $250.

I just installed my MGW 2 days ago and love it...It is awesome!!! It cost around $270 and it took about 3 weeks to get in. MGW does not mass produce, they make your shifter on their lathe after you order and charge you when it ships. check out their website. I watched the install videos a few times before I got the shifter, very thorough. You also may want to go ahead and order replacement bushings for the actual shifter box. The bushings disintegrate after a few years.
