Default when run codes get "NO COMM"

I put in a new battery and now I'm getting all kinds of elec problems. Getting all the codes "reduced engine power" "Low fuel" the fuel gage reads empty the water temp pegs to the hot side, no power windows, no auto settings on the power seats, no radio, trunk won't open, etc. the car will start and runs ok. When I run a code check everything comes up NO COMM. Anybody got any ideas how to fix. I have unplug the battery and waited 10 min no help.

Start checking your ground locations ,start with your main ground cable and go from there

Well I have narrowed it down to the red connector in the DCM on the passengers side, if I unplug it everything works but the window and lock. Does anyone know if there is a way to check the wires to see if I have a short or check the DCM to see if it is good.
