Radar detector mounting brackets?

What's a good bracket for a Escort 9500? Where do you have yours mounted? I've heard people mounting on visor, but then IMO your visor becomes not usable because you need to keep the radar detector level right?

How is your mounted?

The radar doesn't need to be level. In fact, you want it facing down a hair so it wont miss the hand held radar which posts a single ray similar to a laser pointer and is aimed towards the front tag. The radar will only pick this up if it is looking toward the road in front of you so the laser crosses it's path.

They are illegal in alot of states so you can't have them out in the open.

Only illegal in Virginia,I have mine mounted with the large suction cup I bought from ebay,works great.
