Question surge performance chip?

i was surfing the net looking at different mods and came across a "surge performance chip" It claims to show 35hp and 20ftlbs increase with a simple installation for $89.99.... anybody familiar with this product?...just curious if it can work thse numbers for the money.http://www.smokinvette.com/corvettef...milies/wtf.gif

Don't know how you would install a "chip" in any GM vehicle later than 1995 as they are all flash memory.

I looked them up - can't find the "surge engineering performance" website anywhere.

Sounds like they found a gain on "a" vehicle and are promoting it on everything.

I found the chip on Ebay and was skeptical and thought I better check with the pros....thanks for the heads up guys.
