Aftermarket throttle body

Are there aftermarket throttle bodies? If so are these just OEM throttle bodies that have been ported out?

If the CAI has been changed and exhaust, would adding a larger throttle body make any difference in performance?

There are aftermarket TB's. For a car with a CAI and exhaust there is no reliable HP gain. Most people report better throttle response from porting a TB so for the money its an ok mod for the street.

So if you have a CAI and exhaust, would there be any gains? Or would this just benefit you from the throttle response?
