Just bought a '95 C4 w/ a targa. The glass roof almost drove me nuts driving it home !!!!

everything was probably cleaned with something like armoral,a little powder on your finger tip applied to the seal will probably help.

I found on mine that the two back screws to the halo were missing the vinyl sleeves.This caused the screws to fall out of the top when I took it off plus caused the top to rattle a bit.Also check Napa I use a silicone grease they sell in a tube on the seals.You just need a little bit to keep the seals supple. If you need new screws or screw sleeves Zip sells them.

I have an 86 and the roof was driving me nuts.
I added a little bit of self adhesive foam to both rear corners about a half inch long and about and eight inch thick. Made a world of differece |

Mid America Motorworks sells a kit to fix that. The part # 600-262
