Question Getting vibration from brakes??

I was really driving the car pretty hard last couple days, this morning getting a Starbucks and driving easy I noticed every time I was hitting the brakes I would get a vibration feeling almost through the brake pedal?

Is there any chance from hard braking I could have warped one of my rotors?

You did not likely warp one of your rotors. It is more likely that you pad transfer and if you did not cool your brakes it simply stuck when you parked the car with hot brakes.

After some hard braking and spirited driving it isn't a bad idea to scrub the brakes a little while driving and let the brakes air cool while driving with limited and or soft braking until you park it, 5 to 15 minutes would do it if possible.

If you go out and bed your brakes with hard stops (panic stops) without actually coming to a complete stop from say 70 down to 20, 60 down to 20, 50 down to 10, 40 down to 10, 30 down to 10 and then drive around for several minutes without using the brakes like a nice highway or back road run it might clear the transferred material and get rid of your vibration.

Talon question for you. Last year I was really getting on my brakes after drag racing the car. the following day my front rotors had these "hot spots" I believe someone called them. Could you explain this for me, why are they spaced apart and not a solid hot spot?

Thanks!

I would be very surprised if you warped your rotors.
