po101 code???

keep clearing this code and it comes back.
Installed a granettelli MAF and am spraying 100hp dry shot of NOS.
Dont know what is making it come back???

Was the code coming up before you shot the NOS? Are you shooting the nos before or after the maf?

i am spraying in front of the MAF.
The system is for the GM EFI

What is happening is you are freezing the MAF sensor. Is there away you can shoot the NOS behind the MAF.

the MAF sensor detects all the spray andair and boosts the injectors.
I appreciate youre response.
Am i goin to ruin the MAF?????

In my humble opinion, I'd ditch that MAF and run the stocker...
Have you ever checked your WOT A/F with that meter? They tend to run pretty lean, and spraying on top of it sounds like a recipe for disaster... (I'm no dry shot fan by ANY means either)...

I had a 2006 GTO, that had the same problem. Found out that he was freezing the MAF, because the halo for the NOS was in the Air Filter before the MAF it caused the car to run lean. You want to control the fuel via the tune, the ECM can only compassionate so much for fuel changes.

If the sensor detects air in mass how can it compensate fuel delivery by having the nitrous sprayed before the MAF?
