Should I buy it?

I am looking at a 1982 Corvetter for 10,000 with 48,000 original miles... Car has had several owners, but looks to be in great shape. I really want to make a good financial decision, is this auto a money pit? Will it retain its value???

You can find newer vettes for that price. What does the maintenance record look like?
