Skip the compression test. If you want to get into diognostics do a leak down test.
A lot more reliable, and tells you axactly where the problem is. Easiest is to check PCV.
Make sure your PCV valve is working and make sure the hose going to it isn't collapsing inside. If the PCV valve is okay do a compression check. The only way oil can get shoved out of dip stick tube is from excessive crankcase pressure.
All you can do is check your PCV valve. If it's okay, then you may have a piston ring problem. How does your engine run otherwise? If it runs good and doesn't use much oil, I wouldn't worry about it.
That seems like it would be a ton of crank pressure.
