I would check with Junkman or Dylan. I'm assuming you would have to use the same process as any other part of your car. If they are pretty bad and wont buff out, try some of that touch up paint. Black is one of the best colors to use it on. A good wet sand with high grit sand paper and then a good buffing should take care of them.
Thanks for the info. I was looking at getting a used one had some light scratches on probably would have been easy to remove. My current one is beyond saving. It looks like I'll be getting a new one!
