In fairness to the CHP I have lived in ca. my intire life, and the CHP guys have so far have been fair. Even when they gave us a citation
for cruisin at 90mph. ouch

The police don't have domination over us, they enforce the laws to make sure the criminals don't rule the streets. If anything, all these dumbazz lawsuits have made it more difficult for cops to do their jobs IMHO. I wish they could use their guns more often.
